We can copy nearly exact dimensions size and shape of many structural pieces and assemblies, many times for savings compared to O.E.M. prices, while at times upgrading usefulness and durability. Flat metal parts of modest size can actually be placed on our large drawing tablet and physically traced with stylus to create a cut file and imported to our cutting table to be cut exactly the same shape and size as the original piece. Part improvement can be done simplifying original part design especially for wear parts .A good example is the mud scraper set for Great Plains and John Deere grain drills. Our replacement part uses a one piece design and is less than half the cost of original and it allows for take up adjustments for wear. Another is the access panel on Versatile tractor cabs above the A/C unit. We make a replacement in the form of a door assembly with hinges and weather seal to give quick access to clean the A/C unit. No more unbolting the panel every time you need to clean the evaporator.
We employ a 32 foot Bear super-duty truck and trailer frame straightening machine utilizing 44 years of continuous experience. Includes wreck damage repair of big rig trucks, buses and semi-trailers as well as wheel alignment and straightening.
